We’re under constant pressure to self-diagnose and self-improve in order to “live our best lives.”
But with so many resources, methods, gurus and practices screaming for our attention, it’s hard to separate the gems from the garbage.

Meet with Dr. Lukin to develop your own personal framework for incorporating self-help, scientific, and spiritual practices into your daily life and goals. Learn to evaluate ideas objectively and find clarity in your journey toward self-improvement.

“What’s this trend about? Is this self-help book any good? Does meditation work? Can I manifest abundance? What happens when my religious practice clashes with clinical advice? Does this old idea still work for my life? If I start doing this thing, does it mean I failed at what I was doing before?”
The self-improvement space is overwhelming, to put it mildly. And when we’re searching for solutions, too many options can be too much to process.

I’m not just a clinical psychologist: I’m also a father of three, a husband, a business owner, and a cancer survivor. From religion and reading to yoga and diet, I’ve spent my career analyzing and road-testing both the “woo-woo” and the scientific to find balance through life’s ups and downs, personally and professionally.

I created Lukin Soul to help people learn to decode the chaos of self-help and spirituality. It’s all about getting curious, staying objective, thinking critically, and listening to your gut.
Lukin Soul is the newest voice of the Lukin Center family, created for seekers and thinkers who want to get the most out of being human. I look forward to growing it alongside my clinical practice.
